让生活更快乐: 槟城甜点@香港发记甜品Lucky Dessert

老公又到槟城演讲。当然，也会带上我们！这次，我们并没有在那里吃晚餐。但是，却吃了一样我很久没吃到（=超级想念）的甜点！这样甜点是我们在2008年去KL游玩6天5夜时在The Garden 吃到的！

是什么？看下去就知道咯！

我们来到QueenBays Mall4楼的饮食中心寻找我的‘思念！’就在这里～Lucky Dessert

这家小小的柜台来头可不小哦！

『Lucky Dessert(发记甜点)早在1998年已经开始在香港深井的小店铺里开始营业。

由于大众的需求，他们更陆续在香港开设了九家连锁店，继续为更多的客户带来美味的甜点。

而今，Lucky Dessert更是扩大事业，期望在世界不同角落为大家提供一个可以细细品尝精美甜点的好地方。』

他们的使命是：提供世界各地甜点爱好者一道又一道精致口感，诱人味道，优良质量以及提倡健康的香港甜点。

他们在香港的地点分别是：元朗，九龙，旺角，Tung Chung,Tai Wai ,Sham Tseng,Lee Theatret,Grand Tower,Sham Tseng。
在马来西亚也不错！有4家分行。主要集中于中马和南马：有Selangor的Sunway Giza Mall,Kuala Lumpur的The Scott Garden Mall，槟城的Gurney Plaza（2011年10月9日新开张）以及我去的Queensbay Mall（2011年8月30日新开张）。

Lucky Dessert到底有哪些甜点供选择呢？我从他们的网站上扒来了以下甜点种类的介绍：大致上共有10个系列的甜点。其中包括煎饼系列，糯米卷系列，榴莲系列，凉粉系列，西米露系列，豆奶系列，脆皮卷系列，传统炖品系列，冰沙/雪花冰系列以及果汁系列。

Pancake & Rice Roll Series
Pancake: Lucky's Wrapz with Mango or Durian flavors to choose from. A thin layer of melt-in-your-mouth skin covering soft and delicious layer of cream with fresh mango/durian flesh.
Rice Roll
Lucky's 'Rice Roll Series' with two flavors to choose from (durian/mango) - Rice roll with shredded coconut toppings wrapped around a flesh slice of mango or our signature durian.
Durian Series
All hail to the king of fruits! Durian lovers will go crazy for our durian items. One of our best selling durian dessert Trinity Durian - A big chunk of top quality durian flesh added into our special blended durian soup with sweet pomelo and sago and served cold. Once you try it you will ask for more, one bowl is never enough!
Leung Fun Series
This is one of the most enjoyable dessert series we have! Combining innovation, creativity, skills, passion to deliver and most importantly being health conscious, we uses mostly flavours from the fresh fruits itself, leung-fun (grass jelly) and milk for this series. We always aim to deliver delicious dessert with the most natural taste and top quality ingredients!
Sago Series
White/Black Sago with a variety of fruits to go along with! This dessert caters for people of all ages and is highly demanded especially for sago lovers!

Soya Bean Series
In the past Tao Fu Fa (Snow Curd) used to be very plain. Come to this new generation, our Snow Curd is flexible to go along with traditional sweet soup as well as fruits! Like varieties? Now you can have it anyway you like!
Crispy Roll Series
Lucky's 'Krisp' with three flavors to choose from (durian/mango/banana). Crispy pastry textured skin wrapped with fresh fruits as it's filling. This east-meet-west recipe is guaranteed to capture your heart and appetite!
Traditional Series
Soup is very important dish in Chinese culture. Same goes for sweet soup too! This series is captivating not just for your taste bud but it is also an enjoyable way to enhance your health! Served hot or cold, it is equally good.
Snow Ice Series
Looking for a cold dessert to balance up on a sunny day? Try our Snow Ice Series! Comes with different flavors to cater to individual preference. This item is one of the most sought after cold dessert!
Fresh Fruits Juice / Milk
